This week the gay porn bareback site Epic Men announced they have changed their name to Boys4Porn and launched a completely redesigned site to go with it.  The Epic Men CCBill referral link now redirects to the new site, so there is no action required on the part of existing webmasters.

The sponsor has also announced they are testing a payout of 75% commission on all sales and rebills, but may revert to the original 50% after six months.

The sponsor was sending out sporadic Emails with fresh promotional content, but that stopped several months ago.  From the language in their announcement it doesn’t look like they have plans for mailings in the future.  Currently the only promotional materials available are banners, and they will give “active” webmasters access to the member’s area on a case by case basis.

I also noticed, as of this writing, there is no 2257 statement on the Boys4Porn site tour.  I assume this is an oversight that will soon be corrected.

Number six in the growing collection of gay porn venues at KJCash is Spunk Starz, a Twink theme site. The new property features all fresh and exclusive Twink photo and video content from High Drive Productions that has never been published before on a membership web site.  So far, no information about volume of content or frequency of updates has been released by the sponsor.

Webmasters will find a selection of banners, which can be downloaded individually or in a .zip.  The sponsor also has 25 free hosted video galleries and 16 photo galleries available for affiliates to promote the new Spunk Starz web site.  There has been no mention of a hosted blog and associated RSS feed, which are available with some of their other sites.

Istan Boys, one of very few Middle Eastern Gay Porn sites, has announced they have set up cascading billing from CCBill to Epoch/Paycom. CCBill transactions that are denied are being cascaded to Epoch/Paycom. Affiliate linking codes remain the same, and all Epoch/PayCom commissions will be paid via CCBill.

The Istan Boys site tour is not leak free, as it offers a newsletter subscription.

Hunk Money has just announced the full makeover and relaunch of Bareback Vids.  The site has fresh graphics, and a wider format new tour.

In 1996 Gay Men was launched, and over the years three additional sites were added under the Gbucks sponsor program banner - Cruiser Boys, Maximo Latino, and Twink Cafe.

Like many veteran gay porn programs, Gbucks stuck to its tried and true old school methods of running an affiliate program, but in the last couple of months that’s started to change.

Now Gbucks publishes a weekly affiliate newsletter with links to promotional materials for two of their sites, Cruiser Boys, and Maximo Latino.  In today’s market, it’s a critical move if a program wants to keep its affiliate base actively promoting their sites.

Gbucks started off by providing webmasters with downloadable photo sets and video clips for Cruiser Boys and photos for Maximo Latino.  A couple of weeks ago they also started offering hosted embedded videos for promotion of Cruiser Boys.

I have no doubt as Gbucks sees a positive return from their efforts they’ll expand on the concept, one that has proved  very profitable for many other programs in the industry.

I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention Holly Ruprecht, who clearly had a role in the Gbucks makeover.  This isn’t the first program to benefit from her expertise, and perhaps not the last.  Have they perfected cloning yet?  This industry would do well with about a dozen Hollys!
