Mark Wolff has made big strides lately with his web sites and sponsor program.  He has condensed 4 muscle niche sites down to 2 (MarkWolff.com and Jock Butt), both with leak free tours.

His affiliate program web site, WolffPac Cash, has been updated with more video and photo promotional content, and he’ll be adding 4 new photo sets and 4 new video clips every month, including tube clips!  Text descriptions have also been added to accommodate bloggers’ needs.  More banners will be added next month, including the much needed 125×125 for blog themes.

Both tour and members area of MarkWolff.com have been completely re-designed.  The site now features 100 exclusive muscular and athletic models, updated weekly. The upgrade also includes flash streaming of over 40 hrs of exclusive video.

Jock Butt has a new tour, as well, and a re-designed members area using a Carma CMS is slated to go on-line this Summer.

This is the first time I’ve taken a close look at his operation in more than a year, and he’s definitely started tracking in the right direction.  While he’s still lacking in the webmaster tools department, if Mark continues in the direction I think he’s moving he’ll have a very competitive program by the time June rolls around again in 2010.

I guess, for sponsor programs, one answer to the economic downturn is to skim affiliate traffic and pocket all the profits.  From the very beginning Bonobo Cash sites have had traffic leaks, but it seems a little isn’t enough for them any more, as they keep adding new ways to profit from their affiliates without compensating them.

This week Bonobo Cash announced a new tour for their Squirtz pay site.  The most notable changes they focus on are; more extensive profiles for each model, video previews for recent updates, and an attractive layout with larger images. However, they’ve gloss right over a couple of other changes in the new tour.

Not only has the mailing list signup been made more prominent, Bonobo Cash also added a link to their AWE Camera Boys white label site.  Webmasters promoting Camera Boys from their individual sites retain repeat sales for 14 days, but if you have a while label site retention is for LIFE!  It must be nice having your affiliate base send free traffic you can convert and profit from indefinitely.

Today I noticed Jeremy Roddick has added a popunder with rotating advertisements for several sites, including Sean Cody, Bel Ami, Boy Fun, LatinBoyz, Corbin Fisher, and Squirtz.   Jeremy Roddick is one of three sites under the Bonobo Cash sponsor program that also includes Squirtz and Video Boys.  As of this writing popunders are not running at the other two sites.

This is not the only leak at Jeremy Roddick.  The site also has a links page which promotes other porn sites, a blog, and mailing list.  The only leak at Squirtz is a mailing list. Video Boys also has a mailing list and a video store link.

This week HunkMoney announced the launch of their latest edition in an ever growing network of gay porn pay sites.

This announcement comes on the heels of a complete redesign of all site tours.  The sponsor claims leak free tours, but there is a link to their RSS feed.  I’m guessing the sponsor does not consider it a leak because they write a 255 day affiliate tracking cookie.

This week veteran Gay adult mega site Badpuppy announced the launch their newly redesigned member area.  According to the sponsor, it actually went live for the members two weeks ago, allowing them to have a firsthand look at what their input helped to create.   “This is their website and since its inception, we have asked our members to play a part in the look, feel and content of Badpuppy,” stated Lisa Turner, long time Marketing & Advertising Manager.

Due to its enormous size, Badpuppy wanted to make it easier for visitors and members to explore everything they have to offer, so the focus of the redesign was on modernizing navigation features.  The new interface has been a work in progress for over 9 months, and was driven by feedback and suggestions from members since the last changes were made 2 years ago.

The new design uses larger graphics and text, and top of page options are more condensed. In addition, members can now explore the site by categories that have been added to the left side of the screen.   More categories will be introduced based on member requests.  The “My Badpuppy” feature, where the members can add and remove their favorite places to visit on Badpuppy, has also been added to the left hand side of the screen, making it quicker and easier to access.

With such a vast amount of content accessible to members, Badpuppy wanted to make it easier for them to quickly get where they want to go.  This was accomplished by adding sub-navigation on each of the main pages.  As an example, when a video is selected there are now options to quickly jump down to the particular sub-section you are looking for. Once there, a link back to top of page is offered.

The model rating system has also been revised, changing from a 1 - 10 scale to 1 - 5, and now represented with stars.  Along with this aesthetic change, the ability to rate the photographer has been added, at the request of members.  The photographer rating system also provides Badpuppy with an essential quality assurance tool.  “It is important for us to be able to see which photographers impress our members the most,” explained Bill Pinyon, President / CEO and Founder of the company.

To keep members better informed a new “Customer Alert” symbol will display at the top, center of each page.  When activated, the symbol links members to an important announcement that needs to be made.
